The interior of the Viennese department store should be upgraded to give it a contemporary look in order to improve its economic success. The atrium was redesigned and the plant rooms and lifts were replaced. The Gerngross CityCenter accommodates shopping arcades, service facilities and restaurants and cafés over 30,000 square metres of useable space on five floors.
